Baptism
We invite people of any age to partake of the sacrament of baptism. From the beginning, baptism has been the door through which one enters the church. Through baptism we accept God's gift of grace through Jesus Christ and we promise to respond in faith and love. When an infant or child is baptized, the parents promise to raise the child in a Christian home and the congregation is responsible for nurturing the child. We believe that baptism is a sacrament of God's enduring grace to which God is always faithful, which means individuals are not re-baptized. Those seeking to renew their commitment are welcome to participate in the ritual of reaffirmation of baptismal vows.
